Dr. Ken Winnard is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Medicine and specializes in Preventative and Lifestyle Medicine. He believes that the main principles of a healthy lifestyle are fitness, nutrition, balanced hormones, mind/body synergy, mental clarity, and reduced stress levels. After years in a “traditional” medical setting, Dr. Winnard knew he wanted to offer his patients more. He created OneLife Health & Performance as a “one-stop shop” to help patients restore their health and wellness in all aspects of their lives. He believes taking the proper health and lifestyle steps now can lead to a much longer, more fulfilling life.
Margarita Murphy, PA-C
Physician Associate
Margarita is passionate about helping patients optimize their health through longevity medicine, nutrition, and exercise. She earned her Master of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale and began her career in orthopedic spine surgery before returning to OneLife—where she had previously worked as a medical assistant before PA school.
Her approach to medicine focuses on prevention, performance, and long-term well-being, empowering patients to take control of their health. She is particularly interested in metabolic health, body composition, and the science of aging well.
Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with her Bernedoodle, staying active through exercise, and enjoying Florida’s beaches and sunshine.
Diane Duvall
Certified Health Coach
Diane is a Certified Health Coach working to help individuals improve their health and well-being in simple and attainable ways. She works together with them to create a personalized plan of action that supports their short and long term health goals. She is a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, NY and is accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is certified as a Life Coach through the Certified Coaches Federation and she is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Diane has worked with independent clients one-on-one and conducted interactive group coaching sessions to encourage positive behavior changes in reaching desired health and lifestyle goals. She is a motivational speaker and has conducted seminars on various topics including nutrition, stress management, exercise, and eliminating fatigue. She has formerly facilitated a corporate wellness program for over 450 employees.
Diane has a passion for health and nutrition and has personally experienced the healing power of food through her own journey to overcome illness and fatigue. She understands that changing habits and creating a healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight. She guides clients to remove barriers, creating new healthy practices one step at a time. Healing and nourishing oneself is a lifelong journey that Diane hopes to empower others to embrace with joy and ease.

Sara grew up in a small town in Vermont where she learned to appreciate eco-friendly fashion and wellness. Moving to South Florida in 2007 she found her passion working in the health and wellness industry as an HR Manager for a nursing staffing company. Expanding her career she dove headfirst into the fashion industry, opening her first boutique at the age of 24. After learning the ins and outs of fashion retail, she wanted to explore deeper into the health and beauty industry. Feeling a deep connection with Aveda’s beliefs and philosophies she not only worked as an aesthetician and but salon manager for over five years. Craving a deeper desire to help those on their journey of improving their overall health Sara joined the OneLife team.

Drawing on her background in media, she co-founded OneLife Health & Performance alongside Dr. Ken Winnard, where she now channels her talents into business development, operations, and marketing. Tiffany is deeply committed to fostering a culture of excellence—ensuring that both patients and team members experience the highest level of care, support, and purpose every step of the way!
Darby Dehas
Front Desk Coordinator
Darby grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She moved to South Florida to finish her bachelors in Exercise Science and Sport Medicine in 2017. Shortly after graduating she realized she had a passion for both Physical Wellness and Esthetics. She completed a Master’s Esthetician Program and started her career in the Esthetics industry. Darby worked at a Medical Spa as an Esthetician and front desk receptionist and began her journey in learning more in depth about the Esthetics Industry. She has an extensive background in customer service which makes her a great fit for our receptionist position, providing customers with knowledge about our products and services.

Brooke has worked with OneLife since the very beginning. Her experience in high-end salons, spas, and plastic surgeons’ offices throughout South Florida for over twenty years makes her a perfect fit with our team. She has always had a passion for holistic health and well-being, which led her to become nationally certified in esthiology, electrology, aesthetic lasers, and massage therapy. Specializing in anti-aging procedures and acneic skin , Brooke thrives on customer relations, bringing playful, fun energy to her work, and takes pride in ensuring that all guests leave feeling happy, healthy, and looking their absolute best.

Francesca brings a holistic, patient-first approach to wellness and weight loss that aligns perfectly with OneLife’s inside-out philosophy. With a background as a Registered Nurse at Memorial Regional and advanced training from Nova Southeastern University, she combines strong clinical expertise with genuine care, helping patients feel their best.
She was the first in her family to graduate from college, a milestone that reflects the dedication and perseverance she brings to everything she does. Francesca’s warm energy, strong work ethic, and natural ability to put patients at ease make her an ideal fit for the OneLife approach.
Born into an Italian family and raised in New Jersey, Francesca blends compassion with a modern, science-backed approach to health optimization. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, playing soccer or pickleball, and spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Snowy.

Stacy has a diverse medical background that includes ICU, hospice, and palliative medicine, but aesthetics is her true passion.
With over ten years of experience in the aesthetic industry, she specializes in neurotoxins, biostimulators, dermal fillers, and laser resurfacing. Stacy is known for delivering natural-looking results and believes in enhancing a patient’s natural features rather than trying to change them.
Her thoughtful, results-driven approach has helped her build a strong and loyal following, with patients trusting her expertise to achieve refreshed, balanced, and confident outcomes.

Olivia has always had a passion for aesthetics and the beauty industry, previously working as a Manager for a cosmetic retail store. Initially she found makeup to be her main interest, however after working several years in the cosmetic industry she learned that great makeup begins with great skin. This is where she discovered that her true calling was in skincare. Seeking to expand her knowledge of skin she completed a Master Esthetician program, learning the basics of skincare to earn her Esthetician’s license as well as 500 hours of additional training and experience with all of the latest and most innovative medical skincare procedures. Aiming to provide her clients with the most advanced treatments and greatest results she continued her education to earn her Electrology and Laser license. With a goal of helping her clients feel their most confident and healthy selves she finds the integration of health and beauty incredibly important, making OneLife Health and Performance a great fit.

You will find her in her office answering questions and helping with patient’s medications always with a smile!

Brianna LoCascio is passionate about supporting others through compassionate and quality care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Salve Regina University and possesses a comprehensive background in clinical research, phlebotomy, and community outreach. Prior to her role at OLHP, Brianna’s undergraduate research was published in the Journal of Food Protection, demonstrating her involvement in scientific inquiry and commitment to advancing public health knowledge. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she independently operated an outpatient phlebotomy office, ensuring continued access to essential care in a challenging healthcare environment. These experiences have equipped her with a high level of clinical proficiency and interpersonal skill, enabling her to consistently deliver exceptional care and positively impact the patients she serves.

Ali was born in Vail, Colorado and grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona before eventually moving to Jupiter, FL. She graduated from Palm Beach State with a Paramedic License and previously worked as an EMT and at Urgent Care for the past 2 years. She is extremely interested in Preventative Medicine, Wellness and Aesthetics and is continuing her education to become a Nurse Practitioner. You can find her assisting Dr. Winnard during Aesthetic and Wellness appointments.

Marcela is a board-certified family nurse practitioner driven by a genuine desire to provide a holistic approach to healthcare. After 10 years working as a pediatric nurse in the ICU, Marcela made a deliberate transition into the field of functional and aesthetic medicine in 2019.
Marcela has trained all over the country with some of the best aesthetic and functional medicine providers. She incorporates a natural approach with her aesthetic and functional medicine patients’ care plans. Marcela’s goal is to help patients achieve their aesthetic aspirations, while simultaneously addressing underlying health concerns to enhance their overall quality of life.
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Marcela can establish strong rapport and provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse range of patients. By understanding their unique backgrounds and perspectives, Marcela can tailor treatment plans that align with their individual needs and preferences. Jessica Packwood is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 16 years of experience in both internal medicine and aesthetic medicine. Originally from Poughkeepsie, New York, Jessica began her academic journey studying liberal arts at Dutchess Community College before discovering her passion for science at Vassar College through a course exploring genetics and environmental science. This pivotal experience led her to earn a degree in Cell/Molecular Biology from SUNY New Paltz, graduating with honors.
Jessica moved to Florida to pursue her graduate studies at Nova Southeastern University, where she completed her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
She began her medical career in internal medicine and family practice in Orlando, where she also began training in aesthetic procedures, ultimately finding her calling in the art of medical aesthetics.
Since 2008, Jessica has been performing advanced aesthetic treatments including neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, laser resurfacing, and regenerative therapies. With a background as a high school ceramics/sculpture major and a family rooted in the arts, Jessica views aesthetics as a natural extension of her creativity, sculpting the face as one might sculpt clay, always with an emphasis on harmony and natural results.
Her commitment to excellence and education led to her nomination as an Allergan Medical Institute Trainer, where she now mentors other injectors in best practices for dermal fillers and facial rejuvenation.
She believes that aging is inevitable, but how we care for ourselves inside and out makes all the difference. Her goal is to help each client feel confident, empowered, and aligned with their most authentic self.
Outside the clinic, Jessica is a devoted mother to two daughters, Zoey and Isabella, who share her passions for beauty, skincare, and the arts. Together, they enjoy time outdoors, creative projects, and exploring all things wellness.
Jessica is absolutely honored to bring her expertise and vision to One Life Health and Performance, where she believes in a whole-body approach to optimal aging and confidence.

Kendall Adkin is a Connecticut native now living in Jupiter, Florida with my husband Jeff and our dog, Rip. I earned both my Bachelor of Arts in History and Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Lynchburg, where I also played collegiate lacrosse. With years of experience in both the aesthetic and home health industries, I’ve always been drawn to roles where I can support others in feeling and functioning their best. That passion has led me to my current role at OneLife Health & Performance, where I’m proud to be part of a team that prioritizes whole-person wellness, connection, and results-driven care. I value strong relationships, team camaraderie, and a collaborative approach to helping patients thrive. Outside of work, I love spending time at the beach, staying active through exercise, and unwinding with a good book.

Born and raised in South Florida, I bring a strong background in both pharmaceutical and aesthetic medicine to my role. My career began at a compounding pharmacy specializing in peptides, followed by a leadership role as a lead medical assistant and assistant manager at a med spa focused on aesthetics. My current role at OneLife is the perfect blend of my experience and passion—helping people look and feel their best. I’m dedicated to creating a welcoming, positive environment and strive to deliver an exceptional patient experience at every visit.

Dominique, a native of South Florida, brings over four years of experience in the medical spa industry, and loves all things health, wellness, and aesthetics. She holds an Associate’s Degree from Palm Beach State College and furthered her education at Boca Beauty Academy, where she obtained both her Esthetician and Electrologist licenses. Passionate about empowering individuals to look, feel, and truly be their best, Dominique is dedicated to providing exceptional care in her role as a patient coordinator, ensuring that each patient receives the support needed to achieve their personal goals.
Christina Moss
Medical Assistant
Christina grew up in New Hampshire where she managed several different types of retail stores. While working and raising her family she also owned, maintained, and supervised several apartment buildings. Her passion for Real Estate took her to a career in sales for over 20 years. When the housing bubble burst in 2008 she shifted gears and decided to go to school for Medical Assisting. Christina graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program and has been AAMA certified since 2013. She started her medical career in Neurology and then moved to Family Practice to expand her clinical skills. The family Practice office was affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital and fostered learning and growth in their staff. Christina became an office lead and encouraged teamwork and a just culture of patient safety and quality of care. While working and caring for her father with a traumatic brain injury she decided to move to Florida. Oversights in healthcare that effected several family members and loved ones had her contemplating leaving healthcare all together. She then met Sara, Tiffany and Dr. Ken at One Life Health and Performance, their caring, innovative and thoughtful approach to preventative medicine renewed her faith in health care.

Taylor was born and raised in Westchester, New York. She attended Pace University where she then received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Taylor is a passionate and driven Registered Nurse who began her nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. There, she cared for premature babies utilizing her critical thinking along with delicate precision skills. In 2024, she followed her dreams and moved to sunny Jupiter, Florida. Taylor brings and utilizes those same qualities here to OneLife Health and Performance with each and every patient. Taylor has always had a passion for health and wellness as well as aesthetics. She feels everyone should be the leader of their own health journey and finds the aesthetic field both exciting and fascinating. Taylor finds pure joy in helping others achieve confidence within their own skin.
